I'm a Pagan Unitarian Universalist interested in introducing others to the labyrinth as a spiritual tool.  I have lots of hobbies and interests.  I work for a nonprofit mental health/substance abuse program and I'm also a freelance writer.  I recently started volunteering at a local wildlife rehabilitation center and am loving it!

I have been reading the Tarot for many years and am in the process of re-examining my relationship with the cards.  I am learning that life is full of uncertainties; better to embrace it than try to control the things we can't change.

Right now I'm working on getting back into swimming and water aerobics.  It is a delightful morning ritual.  I was recently introduced to yoga and am loving it so far!
